柔軟な木製タンバーボードでバーカウンターを建設する手順は以下の通りです：
まず、カバーするバーフロントのサイズを測定する必要があります。
2. 測定したサイズに基づいて、細かい歯のあるのこぎりでトリムするか、ユーティリティナイフで長さ方向に切断します。
3. 板の裏側に接着剤を塗り、半円形のパネルをバーフロントに貼り付けます。

Third: Apply glue on the back of the board and affix the Half-Round tambour panel onto the bar front.

In the past, the bar front was constructed by hand-making half-round solid wooden strips and joining them together. This process was not only time-consuming but also expensive. The long and thin strips had a tendency to twist, shift, and slide during and after cutting or milling, resulting in inconsistencies in alignment, spacing, and parallelism of the strips.
Now, we offer Flexible Half-Round panel boards in full sheets measuring 4′ (width) x 8′ (height). The key advantage of our full sheet Flexible Half-Round tambour panel is its cost-effectiveness compared to the old method of using individual strips. These flecible wood tambour panels can be used not only for bar fronts but also for curved walls, partitions, wainscoting, pole/column wraps, drawer fronts, and tambour doors or tambour windows.
