First- you need to measure the size of the bar front to be covered.
Second- according to the measured size you can trimmed with fine tooth saw or cut length-wise with utility knife.
Third- you can glue on the back of the board and paste Half-Round panel on the bar front.
In the past, this product was half-round solid wooden strips one by one hand-made spliced together. It is not only time-consuming but also costly.
The long and thin strips tend twist, shift and slide during/after cut or milled. It may cause a problem of prone to inconsistencies in alignment spacing and parallelism of the strips.
Now, our Flexible Half-Round panel board is in full sheet 4’ (width) x 8’ (height).
The key point is our full sheet Flexible Half-Round panel is cheaper than the old product with strips one by one.
It not only can be used on bar fronts but also can be used on walls, partitions, wainscoting, pole/
column wraps, drawer fronts and tambour doors.
