The Carol Young wooden flexible panel Flexible Panel Boards are structured by three elements (top-wooden veneer, middle-MDF board, down- resin reinforced strong non-woven fabric or kraft paper). These wooden panel are V-grooved on top wood veneer and middle MDF board and supported by the bottom strong fabric or paper.

When using Kerfkore, the decorative surfacing material can be applied while flat and then formed into the desired shape. The flexible architectural panels can achieve virtually any curve you can imagine. They bend tighter, with more consistency and dimensional stability than traditional products. Our panels can be laminated and curved or curved and laminated depending on your requirements. They come in a variety of materials, thicknesses, and sheet sizes.
