These flexible wood panel boards with three layers, top wood veneer, middle MDF board, and non woven fabric backer support, with V-grooved wood slats design for interior decoration especially for curved or art wall covering and round pole wraps.
The ECO resin reinforced non woven fabric of the flexible wood panel boards, provides enhanced support to the flexible wood panel boards, allowing for more flexibility, elastic and resistance to bending or warping. This new kind of flexible wood panel boards offers improved stability and can be used in various applications, including curved walls, pole covers, and other interior decoration projects.
Our existing flexible wood panel boards feature a reinforced kraft paper backer, providing strength and stability to the flexible wood panel boards. However, we are excited to introduce a new kind of Flexible Panel Board that offers even more advanced features and benefits. The point is that the ECO resin reinforced non-woven fabric is more elastic, stronger and not as stiff as paper. Flexible wood panel boards with ECO resin reinforced non-woven fabric backing are more easily to bend during construction and more easily to fitting decorative objects of any shape. Moreover, flexible wood panel boards with ECO resin reinforced non-woven backing are not as easy to crack as with paper backing. Therefore, it will be more convenient to choose panel boards with ECO resin reinforced non-woven backing during construction. Furthermore, the ECO resin reinforced non-woven fabric we used (non-woven made of polyester/nylon with ECO synthetic latex resin) is granted authorization according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-EX®. The results of the inspection made according to STANDARD 100 by OEK-OTEX®, Annex 4, product class I have shown that the above mentioned goods meet the human-ecological requirements of the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® presently established in Annex 4 for baby articles. So it is a flexible wood panel board that can be used safely for house interior decoration. This new type of flexible wood panel boards utilizes a high-quality ECO resin reinforced non woven fabric backer, which enhances its durability, flexibility, and overall performance. With this new option, you can expect improved strength, elastic, easier installation, and a wider range of applications for your interior decoration needs.
