We offer a complete line of flexible solid wood and wood veneer laminated MDF board with ECO resin reinforced non-woven fabric backing or kraft paper backing in V-grooved flat slats design and fluted half round sticks design for a complete line of surfacing solution of interior decor.<\/p>\n

We’ve perfected over the last 40 years how to produce the best quality flexible wood tambour wall panel boards.<\/p>\n

Solid natural wood tambour panel board has all of the benefits of real wood. It’s durable and can be stained or painted to match your application. Flexible fluted wall panel boards allow for graceful curves or flat surface. This decorative surface can be used for walls, pole or column, ceilings, wainscoting, pole wraps, bar fronts, drawer fronts, tambour doors, tambour window and other round or curved objects. The natural tone, grain, and texture of flat slats or half round patterns wood tambour panel boards provides a sense of warmth and contemporary style.\u00a0These flexible wood tambour panel boards can bend at slat or stick joints, are much easier to work than most wood wall cladding.<\/p>\n

Easy to install of flexible wood tambour panel board<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The flexible wood tambour panel board can be trimmed with fine tooth saw or cut length-wise with utility knife. To install, simply apply construction adhesive to the back of the tambour panel boards and mount it onto your surface. Use pin\/finishing nails to hold it in place while the glue sets. Unfinished wood or MDF is ready to stain, paint or clear coat.<\/p>\n

Our standard size panels are 4 feet X 8 feet (1200 mm x 2400 mm). We can also discuss the best custom sizes we make for your application.<\/p>\n

We typically stock red oak, maple, and MDF. We also offer mahogany, cherry, ash, walnut, and rare specialty woods may also be available.<\/p>\n

Our flexible wood and MDF tambour panel boards are all on a ECO resin reinforced non-woven fabric backing or kraft paper strong backing but that doesn’t mean you need to install in around curves or bar fronts, it also allows easy installation for other interior decor.<\/p>\n

Typically, flexible wood and MDF tambour panel boards are glued up over any rigid substrate with a standard paneling or construction adhesive. With the thicker profiles, we do recommend some finishing nails to hold them in place until the adhesive kicks .<\/p>\n

Our real wood veneer tambour panel is sold in 4’x 8′ size sheets. We have a variety of species including Cherry, Red Oak, Maple.<\/p>\n

These flexible wood and MDF tambour panel boards are fine sanded, unfinished. These are all on a flexible backer as well which can be used around curved surfaces.\u00a0Using a thicker real wood veneer face we we’re able to wire brush them to bring our far more detail and grain depth. While they look great unfinished, putting a clear coat or stain on them works to bring out the grain appearance even more.\u00a0 Our flexible wood and MDF tambour panel boards are fine sanded red oak, maple, and MDF, perfect for flexible wood wall paneling in restaurants, bar fronts, hotels, tambour doors, and more.
